Hello

Thank you so much for the amazing meat! My brother was OVER THE MOON.
Weirdly it turned out he was having friends over for home made pizzas.... So he made a honey and Nduja pizza..... Photo attached! 
This is what he said "I’ve had a hell of a lot of salami over the year and this is probably the best. It’s incredible. So meaty, yet soft and yielding and flavourful"
And also, after I asked if it was too hot for him:
"Nah was fine, spicy tho but I’m alright on heat. Great with the honey cutting through it
It went really crispy and to have these hot nuggets on a pizza is awesome. Honestly can’t believe how good the salami is. I’ll def buy stuff from that company"

PPS. I said to my brother your the 3rd best thing about Norfolk, after the snail ride at Great Yarmouth and Alan Partridge!!!!

Hello the marsh pig team,

Your sample pack you sent was very well received.   Our daughter and French son in law were here for the weekend and knowing how exacting the French can be regarding their food, received 100% satisfaction, in fact all of us loved it.   I know I shall be ordering some more in the future when our family are with us again
