All our charcuterie boards are created with the finest meat ingredients, including succulent, free-range British rare breed beef and pork, packed with natural flavour. The beef used in our charcuterie boards is hung for up to 28 days. The Gloucester Old Spot pigs are free-range and live within 5 miles of the abattoir so incur very low-stress levels. We believe in high animal welfare and providing our customers with the best possible charcuterie taste experience.
