We only use the best Smoked Paprika in this little beauty, Smoked Pimenton from del la Vera to create our Chorizo, this is more of a warming taste than a chilli hit, we recommend chewing for at least 6 seconds to get the different levels of flavour (we know that sounds weird, just try it) The length of flavour is incredible and lack of greasy aftertaste, a revelation
