Gourmet Oak Smoked Pure Sea Salt


With its distinctive pyramid shape, Hand Harvested Salt from the coastal town of Maldon, has been a Chef favourite for over 140 years. Marsh Pig, a multi award winning Curing & Smoking Company based in Norfolk have then slowly and gently smoked this incredible salt over oak chippings, for many hours, giving the finished product a deep, rich and bold flavour

Add me as a finishing salt to;  New Potatoes, eggs, pasta, avocado, salads, asparagus, steamed vegetables, seafood, fish and meats. We love using this to creamy mashed potatoes….scrumptious

Ingredients: Pure Sea Salt from the Maldon coast, Cold Smoke from Oak chippings
